D.D.Step "BAREFOOT" shoe soles are made of extremely thin rubber, allowing children to feel the ground while running and walking, preserving natural foot movements, and ensuring proper foot protection. The wide base of the shoes does not compress the foot, allowing the child's foot bones and tendons to grow and develop unrestrictedly. This is especially important for the toes, as they are responsible for balance and proper motor skills. The minimalist design of the footwear ensures foot protection and is extremely flexible, allowing the child's foot tendons and muscles to stretch and contract unrestrictedly.
As long as there is no pain, muscle, or bone system problems, children's feet can and should develop without hindrance. Wearing Barefoot shoes allows this process to occur, mimicking the effect of bare feet: protection is provided, but the natural foot movement is not altered. For this, shoes must be thin, flexible, foot-shaped, and completely flat, like barefoot models.
The sole and insole of Barefoot model shoes are completely flat.
To ensure cleanliness inside the shoe, the insole can be removed, allowing it to be washed or dried. The insoles are made of natural leather.
The shoes are made of high-quality and carefully selected upper leather. To ensure natural contact with the foot, the inside of the shoe is made of soft leather. High-quality leather allows the foot to breathe, and the shoes are durable and comfortable.
A special design of the shoe's front protects the shoes from bumps.

3D stitching technology reduces the use of glues and other chemicals.
The upper leather must be regularly maintained. Sprays that protect against moisture, leather waxes, and creams designed for surface leather are suitable for protection.
