D.D.Step "BAREFOOT" shoe soles are made of exceptionally thin rubber, allowing children to feel the ground while running and walking, maintaining natural foot movements, and providing proper foot protection. The wide base of the shoes doesn't compress the foot, allowing the child's foot bones and tendons to grow and develop freely. This is especially important for the toes, as they are responsible for balance and proper motor skills. The minimalist design footwear provides foot protection and is exceptionally flexible, allowing the child's foot tendons and muscles to stretch and contract unrestrictedly.
As long as there are no pain, muscle, or bone system problems, children's feet can and should develop without hindrance. Wearing Barefoot shoes allows this process to occur, mimicking the effect of bare feet: protection is provided, but the natural movement of the foot is not changed. For this, shoes must be thin, flexible, foot-shaped, and completely flat, like barefoot model shoes.
The sole and insole of Barefoot model shoes are completely flat.
To ensure cleanliness inside the shoe, the insole can be removed, so it can be washed or dried. The insoles are made of natural leather.
The shoes are made of high-quality and carefully selected upper leather. To ensure natural contact with the foot, the inside of the shoe is made of soft leather. High-quality leather allows the foot to breathe, and the shoes are durable and comfortable.
A special toe design protects the shoes from bumps.
Light, flexible, non-slip, and durable rubber sole.
3D stitching technology reduces the use of glues and other chemical substances.
The upper leather must be regularly maintained. Sprays that protect against moisture, leather waxes, and creams designed for surface leather are suitable for protection.
