D.D.Step "BAREFOOT" shoes have an extremely thin rubber sole, which allows children to feel the ground while running and walking, maintains natural foot movements, and provides proper protection for the foot. The wide shoe base does not compress the foot, allowing the child's foot bones and tendons to grow and develop unhindered. This is especially important for the toes, as they are responsible for balance and proper motor skills. The minimalist design footwear ensures foot protection and is extremely flexible, allowing the child's foot tendons and muscles to stretch and contract freely.
As long as there is no pain or problems with the musculoskeletal system, children's feet can and should develop without hindrance. Wearing barefoot shoes allows this process to occur, imitating the effect of bare feet: providing protection, but not altering natural foot movement. For this, shoes must be thin, flexible, foot-shaped, and completely flat, like barefoot models.
The sole and insole of barefoot shoes are completely flat.
The shoes are made of high-quality and carefully selected upper leather. To ensure natural contact with the foot, the inside of the shoe is made of soft leather.
