D.D.Step "BAREFOOT" shoe soles are made of exceptionally thin rubber, allowing children to feel the ground while running and walking, preserving natural foot movements, and providing adequate foot protection. The wide base of the shoes does not constrict the foot, allowing the child's foot bones and tendons to grow and develop freely. This is especially important for the toes, as they are responsible for balance and proper motor skills. The minimalist design footwear provides foot protection and is exceptionally flexible, allowing the child's foot tendons and muscles to stretch and contract unrestrictedly.
As long as there is no pain or problems with muscle or bone systems, children's feet can and should develop without hindrance. Wearing barefoot shoes allows this process to occur by mimicking the effect of bare feet: providing protection without altering the natural movement of the foot. For this, shoes must be thin, flexible, foot-shaped, and completely flat, like barefoot model shoes.
The sole and insole of barefoot shoes are completely flat.
The shoes are made of high-quality and carefully selected upper leather. To ensure natural contact with the foot, the inside of the shoe is made of soft leather.

3D stitching technology reduces the use of glues and other chemicals.
The upper leather must be regularly maintained using shoe care products designed for surface leather.
