The jacket fabric is windproof, breathable, and resistant to dirt and water. A small amount of dirt can be easily removed with a damp cloth. The jacket is filled with 3M ThinsulateTM synthetic fabric (280 g), which surpasses duck down in its thermal insulation properties. The jacket fabric does not absorb moisture and dries quickly. Even when wet, the fabric retains heat well. 3M ThinsulateTM filling does not flatten or lose its properties over time, unlike most natural materials used for insulation.

The product features zippered side pockets, a double windproof flap, elastic cuffs, and reflective elements for safety in the dark.
