D.D.Step "BAREFOOT" shoe soles are made of extremely thin rubber, allowing children to feel the ground while running and walking, preserving natural foot movements, and providing adequate protection for the foot. The wide shoe base does not compress the foot, allowing the child's foot bones and tendons to grow and develop unhindered. This is especially important for the toes, as they are responsible for balance and proper motor skills. The minimalist design footwear ensures foot protection and is exceptionally flexible, allowing the child's foot tendons and muscles to stretch and contract freely.
As long as there is no pain, muscle, or skeletal system problems, children's feet can and should develop without hindrance. Wearing Barefoot shoes allows this process to occur, imitating the effect of bare feet: protection is provided, but the natural movement of the foot is not altered. For this, shoes must be thin, flexible, foot-shaped, and completely flat, like barefoot model shoes.
Barefoot model shoe soles and insoles are completely flat.
To ensure cleanliness inside the shoe, the insole can be removed, allowing it to be washed or dried. The insoles are made of natural leather.
The shoes are made of high-quality and carefully selected upper leather. To ensure natural contact with the foot, the inside of the shoe is made of soft leather. High-quality leather allows the foot to breathe, and the shoes are durable and comfortable.
A special shoe toe design protects the shoes from bumps.

3D stitching technology reduces the use of glue and other chemicals.
The upper leather should be regularly maintained. Water-repellent sprays, leather waxes, and oils for surface leather are suitable for protection.
