Important when choosing a size
To ensure the size fits correctly the first time, measure the child's foot while standing – from heel to the longest toe. We recommend adding about 0.5–1 cm for freedom of movement to the foot length and comparing it with this model's size chart.

D.D.Step "BAREFOOT" shoes feature an exceptionally thin rubber sole, allowing children to feel the ground while running and walking, preserving natural foot movements, and ensuring proper foot protection. The wide base of the shoes doesn't compress the foot, allowing the child's foot bones and tendons to grow and develop unrestrictedly. This is especially important for the toes, as they are responsible for balance and proper motor skills. The minimalist design of the footwear provides foot protection and is exceptionally flexible, allowing the child's foot tendons and muscles to stretch and contract freely.
As long as there is no pain, muscle or bone system problems, children's feet can and should develop without hindrance. Wearing Barefoot shoes allows this process to happen, mimicking the effect of bare feet: providing protection but not changing the natural movement of the foot. For this, shoes must be thin, flexible, foot-shaped and completely flat, like barefoot model shoes.
The sole and insole of Barefoot shoes are completely flat.
To ensure cleanliness inside the shoe, the insole can be removed for washing or drying. Insoles are made of natural leather.
The shoes are made of high-quality and carefully selected upper leather. To ensure natural contact with the foot, the inside of the shoe is made of soft leather. High-quality leather allows the foot to breathe, and the shoes are durable and comfortable.
A special toe design protects the shoes from scuffs.
Lightweight, flexible, non-slip, and durable rubber sole.
3D stitching technology reduces the use of glue and other chemical substances.
The upper leather should be regularly maintained. Sprays that protect against moisture, leather waxes, and creams suitable for surface leather are suitable for protection.
