The sole of D.D.Step "BAREFOOT" shoes is made of exceptionally thin rubber, allowing children to feel the ground while running and walking. This preserves the natural movements of the foot and provides adequate protection. The wide base of the shoes does not compress the foot, allowing the child's foot bones and tendons to grow and develop unrestrictedly. This is especially important for the toes, as they are responsible for balance and proper motor skills. The minimalist design of the footwear ensures foot protection and is exceptionally flexible, allowing the child's foot tendons and muscles to stretch and contract freely.
As long as there is no pain, muscle, or bone system problems, children's feet can and should develop unhindered. Wearing barefoot shoes allows this process to occur, mimicking the effect of bare feet: providing protection without altering the natural foot movement. For this, shoes must be thin, flexible, foot-shaped, and completely flat, like barefoot model shoes.
The sole and insole of barefoot model shoes are completely flat.
The shoes are made of high-quality and carefully selected upper leather. To ensure natural contact with the foot, the inside of the shoe is made of soft leather.
Light, flexible, non-slip, and durable rubber sole.
3D stitching technology reduces the use of glue and other chemicals.
The upper leather should be regularly maintained using shoe care products designed for surface leather.
