Return and exchange of goods

Before forming the return of the goods, please once again pay attention to several importantTerms of Service , which you read and agreed to during the purchase of the goods:

9.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions.

  • Delivery to LP Express postal machine - 3.00 EUR (for orders from 70 EUR - free of charge );
  • Delivery to the Omniva LT post machine - 3.70 EUR ( free for orders from 70 EUR);

NOTE!

If your order includes items from WEESTEP or HUPPA and items from other brands, the order will be split into two separate shipments and we will charge double shipping. WEESTEP and HUPPA products are stored and shipped together, while other brands are stored in another warehouse and shipped separately. This means that additional shipping charges may apply when you combine these brands in one order.

10.4.1. When returning goods of suitable quality, only the sums paid for the goods are returned to the Buyer, excluding the costs of delivery of the goods.

10.4.2. If free delivery was applied when ordering goods for purchases of EUR 70 or more, but after a partial or full return of the goods, the order amount becomes less than EUR 70 , the Seller's delivery costs will be deducted from the returned amount according to the delivery method chosen by the Buyer at the time of ordering.

Enter your email the postal address you specified when ordering the goods:

Summarize the email 6-digit code received by mail:

Select the order for which you want to submit a return or exchange and click "Request return":

Mark the order items that you want to return and indicate the reason for the return.

If you want to exchange the goods for others, indicate them in the note

Click "Request a refund":

After receiving and evaluating the goods return request, we will send you additional information by e-mail. We usually respond within 1 business day.
