Return and exchange of goods

Before returning the goods, please pay attention once again to several importantTerms of Service that you have read and agreed to when purchasing the goods:

9.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions.

Delivery to LP Express parcel locker - 3.00 Eur
Delivery to a DPD LT parcel machine - 3.50 Eur
Delivery to Omniva LT parcel machine - 3.90 Eur
For orders over 70 EUR - free of charge

NOTE!

If your order includes items from WEESTEP or HUPPA and other brands, the order will be split into two separate shipments, so we will apply double shipping charges. WEESTEP and HUPPA items are stored and shipped together, while other brands are stored in a different warehouse and shipped separately. This means that when you combine items from these brands in one order, additional shipping charges may apply.

10.4.1. When returning goods of suitable quality, the Buyer shall be refunded only the amounts paid for the goods, excluding the costs of delivery of the goods.

10.4.2. If free delivery was applied when ordering goods for purchases of EUR 70 or more, but after a partial or full return of the goods the order amount becomes less than EUR 70 , the delivery costs incurred by the Seller according to the delivery method selected by the Buyer at the time of ordering will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Select the order for which you would like to submit a return or exchange and click "Request a return":

Mark the items in your order that you want to return and indicate the reason for the return.

If you want to exchange the goods for others, please specify them in the notes.

Click "Request a refund":

Once we have received and assessed your return request, we will email you additional information. We usually respond within 1 business day.
