It is important to us that every item you purchase suits you and brings you joy. If your purchase did not meet your expectations, we will help you to exchange or return it simply and smoothly.

🔄 WANT TO CHANGE THE SIZE OR MODEL?

🚀 Fastest way (Recommended):

To ensure the desired item does not disappear, we recommend you to place a new order immediately and simply return the unsuitable item to us. We will transfer the money for it immediately after checking the item.

Standard exchange method:

We will send the new item once we have received, inspected and evaluated your returned parcel (whether the item has not been worn, is clean and has not lost its commercial appearance). If you need a new item as soon as possible, we recommend choosing the fast method.

⚠️ IMPORTANT TO KNOW

When returning goods, it is essential to follow these rules:

  • Original packaging: It is considered part of the product and must remain intact. It is strictly forbidden to stick a shipping label or adhesive tape directly onto the original product packaging.
  • Protective packaging: Always place the item with its original packaging in an additional shipping package (bag or box) and only stick the label on the outer layer.
  • Return fee: When using our generated label, the service costs €2.99 (this amount is automatically deducted from the refunded amount).
