D.D.Step "BAREFOOT" shoe soles are made of exceptionally thin rubber, allowing children to feel the ground while running and walking, preserving natural foot movements, and providing adequate foot protection. The wide base of the shoes does not compress the foot, allowing the child's foot bones and tendons to grow and develop unhindered. This is especially important for the toes, as they are responsible for balance and proper motor skills. The minimalist design footwear provides foot protection and is exceptionally flexible, allowing the child's foot tendons and muscles to stretch and contract freely.
As long as there is no pain or problems with the musculoskeletal system, children's feet can and should develop without hindrance. Wearing Barefoot shoes allows this process to occur, imitating the effect of barefoot walking: protection is provided, but the natural movement of the foot is not altered. For this, shoes must be thin, flexible, foot-shaped, and completely flat, like barefoot model shoes.
The sole and insole of Barefoot model shoes are completely flat.
To ensure cleanliness inside the shoe, the insole can be removed for washing or drying. The insoles are made of natural leather.
The shoes are made of high-quality and carefully selected upper leather. To ensure natural contact with the foot, the inside of the shoe is made of soft leather. High-quality leather allows the foot to breathe, and the shoes are durable and comfortable.
The special design of the shoe's front protects the shoes from damage.

3D stitching technology reduces the use of glues and other chemicals.
The upper leather should be regularly maintained. Sprays that protect against moisture, leather waxes, and creams for surface leather are suitable for protection.
