The sole of "BAREFOOT" shoes is made of extremely thin rubber, so children can feel the ground while running and walking, natural foot movements are maintained, and proper protection is ensured for the foot. The wide base of the shoes does not compress the foot, allowing the child's foot bones and tendons to grow and develop unhindered. This is especially important for the toes, as they are responsible for balance and proper motor skills. The minimalist design footwear provides foot protection and is extremely flexible, allowing the child's foot tendons and muscles to stretch and contract unhindered.
As long as there is no pain or problems with the musculoskeletal system, children's feet can and should develop without hindrance. Wearing barefoot shoes allows this process to occur, mimicking the effect of bare feet: protection is provided, but the natural movement of the foot is not altered. For this, shoes must be thin, flexible, foot-shaped, and completely flat, like barefoot model shoes.
The sole and insole of barefoot model shoes are completely flat.
The footwear is treated with a special water-repellent material that forms a protective layer on the leather of the upper part of the shoe, and water droplets roll off the surface of the shoe, so the shoes do not get soaked even for a long time (D.D. Tex technology).
D.D.Step's 3D sewing technology reduces the use of glues and chemicals.
The sole of the footwear is made of natural rubber. The sole at the toe of the shoe, with reinforced toe protection, is resistant to physical impact and non-slip. The shoes are lightweight and flexible, allowing natural movement.
The high-quality upper leather allows the foot to breathe, and the shoes are durable and comfortable.
The upper leather must be regularly maintained. Sprays that protect against moisture, leather waxes, and creams designed for surface leather are suitable for protection.
