How do I return an item?
Wrong size, model or item? Register your return in self-service, choose your return method and follow the brief instructions below.

1. First, register your return
My OrdersIf you are returning items from multiple orders, register each order's return separately.
2. Choose a return method
Use our LP Express / Unisend return label
The most convenient method. The fee for the LP Express / Unisend return label is €2.99. This amount is deducted from the refunded sum only after the return is confirmed and only if you use our generated LP Express / Unisend label.
Send independently
You can send by your chosen method and at your own expense. In this case, the €2.99 fee is not deducted if you do not use our generated LP Express / Unisend label. Before sending, please email us at info@avidevi.lt.
Deliver in Jonava
By prior arrangement, the item can be delivered in Jonava. In this case, the €2.99 LP Express / Unisend return label fee does not apply. The time must be arranged in advance by email.
3. If you are returning items from multiple orders
Register each order's return separately in self-service.
If you wish to send everything in one shipment, please write to us before sending. In this case, we can generate one LP Express / Unisend return label.
In self-service, the €2.99 LP Express / Unisend return label price may be shown for each return, but only the fee for actually used LP Express / Unisend return labels generated by us is ultimately deducted.
4. Important before sending
- The item must be unused, clean, with tags, and retain its commercial appearance.
- The original packaging, such as a shoe box, must remain undamaged.
- Do not stick the shipping label or tape directly onto the original item packaging. Place it in an additional bag or box.
5. Want a different size or model?
The fastest way is to place a new order for the desired item and return the unsuitable item.
This reduces the risk that the desired size or model will be sold out while we await the returned item.
If you wish, after receiving and inspecting the returned item, we can provide store credit for a new order.
How to fill out the request?
What happens after registration?
- We usually review the request within 1 business day.
- We send confirmation and further instructions via email.
- Money is refunded after the item is received and its condition is checked.
- In cases of returns of quality goods, initial shipping costs are not refunded, except in cases stipulated by the rules.
