To ensure the correct size the first time, measure your child's foot while standing – from the heel to the longest toe. We recommend adding about 0.5–1 cm for freedom of movement to the foot length and comparing it with this model's size chart.

BAREFOOT shoe soles are made of exceptionally thin rubber, allowing children to feel the ground while running and walking, preserving natural foot movements, and providing adequate foot protection. The wide base of the shoes does not compress the foot, allowing the child's foot bones and tendons to grow and develop unhindered. This is especially important for the toes, as they are responsible for balance and proper motor skills. Minimalist design footwear ensures foot protection and is exceptionally flexible, allowing the child's foot tendons and muscles to stretch and contract freely.
As long as there is no pain, muscle or bone system problems, children's feet can and should develop without hindrance. Wearing barefoot shoes allows this process to occur, mimicking the effect of bare feet: providing protection without changing the natural foot movement. For this, shoes must be thin, flexible, foot-shaped, and completely flat, like barefoot model shoes.
Barefoot model shoes have a completely flat sole and insole.
The footwear is treated with a special water-repellent material that forms a protective layer on the upper leather of the shoe, and water droplets roll off the shoe surface, so the shoes do not get soaked even for a long time (D.D. Tex technology).
The 3D stitching technology used by D.D.Step reduces the use of glues and chemicals.
The sole of the footwear is made of natural rubber. The sole at the toe, with reinforced toe protection, is resistant to physical impacts and non-slip. The shoes are light and flexible, allowing natural movement.
The high-quality upper leather allows the foot to breathe, and the shoes are durable and comfortable.
The upper leather should be regularly cared for. Water-repellent sprays, leather waxes, and polishes designed for surface leather are suitable for protection.
