BAREFOOT shoe soles are made of exceptionally thin rubber, allowing children to feel the ground while running and walking, preserving natural foot movements, and ensuring proper foot protection. The wide base of the shoes doesn't compress the foot, allowing the child's foot bones and tendons to grow and develop unrestrictedly. This is especially important for the toes, as they are responsible for balance and proper motor skills. Minimalist design footwear provides foot protection and is exceptionally flexible, allowing the child's foot tendons and muscles to stretch and contract unrestrictedly.
As long as there is no pain, muscle, or bone system problems, children's feet can and should develop without hindrance. Barefoot shoe-wearing allows this process to occur, mimicking the effect of bare feet: providing protection but not altering the natural movement of the foot. For this, shoes must be thin, flexible, foot-shaped, and completely flat, like barefoot model shoes.
The sole and insole of barefoot shoes are completely flat.
The footwear is treated with a special water-repellent material that forms a protective layer on the leather of the shoe's upper, causing water droplets to roll off the shoe's surface, so the shoes do not get soaked even for a long time (D.D. Tex technology).
D.D.Step's 3D sewing technology reduces the use of glue and chemicals.
The shoe sole is made of natural rubber. The sole in the toe of the shoe, with reinforced toe protection, is resistant to physical impacts and is non-slip. The shoes are lightweight and flexible, allowing for natural movement.
The high-quality upper leather allows the foot to breathe, and the shoes are durable and comfortable.
The upper leather must be regularly maintained. Sprays that protect against moisture, leather waxes, and creams designed for surface leather are suitable for protection.
