D.D.Step "BAREFOOT" shoes feature an exceptionally thin rubber sole, allowing children to feel the ground while running and walking, preserving natural foot movements, and providing adequate protection. The wide base of the shoes doesn't compress the foot, enabling unhindered growth and development of the child's foot bones and tendons. This is especially important for the toes, as they are responsible for balance and proper motor skills. The minimalist design of the footwear ensures foot protection and is exceptionally flexible, allowing the child's foot tendons and muscles to stretch and contract freely.
As long as there is no pain, muscle, or bone system problems, children's feet can and should develop unhindered. Wearing Barefoot shoes allows this process to occur, mimicking the effect of bare feet: protection is provided, but the natural movement of the foot is not altered. For this, shoes must be thin, flexible, foot-shaped, and completely flat, like barefoot model shoes.
The sole and insole of Barefoot model shoes are completely flat.
To ensure cleanliness inside the shoe, the insole can be removed for washing or drying. Insoles are made of natural leather.
The shoes are made of high-quality and carefully selected upper leather. To ensure natural contact with the foot, the inside of the shoe is made of soft leather. High-quality leather allows the foot to breathe, and the shoes are durable and comfortable.
A special design of the shoe's toe protects the shoes from scuffs.

3D stitching technology reduces the use of glue and other chemicals.
The upper leather must be regularly maintained. Moisture-protecting sprays, leather waxes, and creams suitable for surface leather are suitable for protection.
