D.D.Step "BAREFOOT" shoe soles are made of exceptionally thin rubber, allowing children to feel the ground while running and walking, maintaining natural foot movements, and providing proper foot protection. The wide base of the shoes does not compress the foot, allowing the child's foot bones and tendons to grow and develop unhindered. This is especially important for the toes, as they are responsible for balance and proper motor skills. The minimalist design of the footwear provides foot protection and is exceptionally flexible, allowing the child's foot tendons and muscles to stretch and contract freely.
As long as there is no pain, muscle, or skeletal system problems, children's feet can and should develop without hindrance. Wearing Barefoot shoes allows this process to occur, imitating the effect of bare feet: providing protection but not changing the natural movement of the foot. For this, shoes must be thin, flexible, foot-shaped, and completely flat, such as barefoot model shoes.
The sole and insole of Barefoot model shoes are completely flat.
To ensure cleanliness inside the shoe, the insole can be removed, allowing it to be washed or dried. Insoles are made of natural leather.
The shoes are made of high-quality and carefully selected upper leather. To ensure natural contact with the foot, the inside of the shoe is made of soft leather. High-quality leather allows the foot to breathe, and the shoes are durable and comfortable.
A special shoe toe design protects the shoes from bumps.
Lightweight, flexible, non-slip, and durable rubber outsole.
3D stitching technology reduces the use of glue and other chemicals.
The upper leather should be regularly maintained. Sprays protecting against moisture, leather waxes, and creams designed for surface leather are suitable for protection.
