D.D.Step "BAREFOOT" shoe soles are made of exceptionally thin rubber, allowing children to feel the ground while running and walking. This preserves natural foot movement and provides adequate protection for the foot. The wide base of the shoes does not compress the foot, allowing the child's foot bones and tendons to grow and develop unrestrictedly. This is especially important for the toes, as they are responsible for balance and proper motor skills. The minimalist design footwear ensures foot protection and is exceptionally flexible, allowing the child's foot tendons and muscles to stretch and contract freely.
As long as there are no pain, muscle, or bone system problems, children's feet can and should develop without hindrance. Wearing Barefoot shoes allows this process to occur by mimicking the effect of bare feet: providing protection without altering natural foot movement. For this, shoes must be thin, flexible, foot-shaped, and completely flat, like barefoot model shoes.
The sole and insole of Barefoot model shoes are completely flat.
To ensure cleanliness inside the shoe, the insole can be removed, making it washable or dryable. Insoles are made of natural leather.
The shoes are made of high-quality and carefully selected upper leather. To ensure natural contact with the foot, the inside of the shoe is made of soft leather. High-quality leather allows the foot to breathe, and the shoes are durable and comfortable.
A special design of the shoe front protects the shoes from bumps.
Lightweight, flexible, non-slip, and durable rubber sole.
3D stitching technology reduces the use of glue and other chemicals.
The upper leather needs to be regularly maintained. Water-repellent sprays, leather waxes, and creams suitable for surface leather are suitable for protection.
